Vulture Conservation Tour

This is a very special tour based in the Pyrenees. We have been given special access to the Bearded Vulture reintroduction and breeding project. During the tour we will learn about how Bearded Vultures have been reintroduced in to the Pyrenees with birds being bred in captivity and hand reared using a vulture puppet to stop imprinting on humans. We will have special access to view the chicks being raised at the breeding facility. We will then go to the hack location where the chicks are released. In addition we will visit 2 photography hides where it will be possible to view Bearded Vulture, Egyptian Vulture, Griffon and European Black Vulture.
